What is airbrush?

Airbrush makeup is lightweight, water-resistant, and guarantees 12-to-24 hours of flawless wear that looks great in photographs & it is a buildable coverage so you can decide if we do light or full coverage. :)
What if I want foundation instead of airbrush?
​
We recommend trying airbrush at your trial. But, if you do want foundation, let us know prior to your wedding day & we will use foundation. :)
I have a large party, can you guys accommodate us all?
​
We specialize in large parties as we have plenty of artists to accommodate you all in a timely manner.
How early should I be ready on my wedding day?
​
We have all of our brides and bridal parties ready two hours prior to your ceremony if you are getting ready at the venue, or three hours prior to your ceremony if you are getting ready at a house/hotel.
You can also ask your photographer what time you will be getting in your dress at and then we can base your ready by time off of that.
Should everyone’s hair be clean or dirty?

We ask that everyone has clean, dry hair at the time of the stylists’ arrival.
Is gratuity included?
​
Gratuity is not included, and is never expected. Cash gratuity is always super appreciated if you are happy with your service. :)
I am thinking about renting extensions, how does that work?
​
Extensions are $150 to rent, plus a $225 deposit. You will be able to try the extensions at your bridal trial, but won’t take them home with you.
​
After your wedding day, you have one week to return your extensions in order to get the $225 deposit back.
How many stylists will be at my wedding?
​
We base your number of stylists on the number of services you have booked. For every ten services booked, we will add a stylist.
Is it the same stylist on my trial and wedding day?
​
Of course! Your trial will always be with the same stylist who will be doing your hair and/or makeup on your wedding day.

If you are not happy with your stylist after your trial, there is a $25 Stylist Change Fee. If you are booked with the Glam Squad Package and decide to change to The Renee Package, you must pay the price difference PLUS $25 Stylist Change Fee.
What if one of my bridesmaids backs out?

All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be applied to another service, so we recommend only booking who you know for sure.
